Elaboration of the calendar of activities related to the elaboration of the draft law on the Unitary pay System in the Budgetary Sector

February - March 2018

Post analysis are performed by interviewing people who have selected items in the reference sample: 200 questionnaires with the support of the World Labor Organization, and 100 questionnaires - by civil servants included in the Evaluation Group. 

In parallel, the collection of adjusted data on current wage conditions for each function set up in public authorities / institutions is carried out to ensure that the impact of the new law is calculated.

Implementation of the Training Workshop on the "Evaluation of the posts in the reference sample in the budgetary sector", in order to develop the competences needed to carry out the evaluation exercise of the posts in the reference sample according to the approved methodology and evaluation criteria.

The conduct of job evaluation activities by carrying out the analysis exercise and hierarchy of posts in the reference sample by the Working Group

25-27 April, 08-11 May 2018

Performing the simplified analysis of 1604 posts in the budgetary sector, which aims to establish the hierarchical position of each post relative to the ones already evaluated, as well as their classification in grades and classes of hierarchy

Elaboration of the Report on the results of the evaluation of posts in the budgetary sector
