According to the Government Decision no. 377 of 25 April 2018 “On the regulation of institutional framework and the mechanism of coordination and management of external assistance”, the Ministry of Finance was designated as the national authority for external assistance coordination.
Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for the mechanism of coordination and management of external assistance and thus fulfill the role of single contact /control point in relation with external development partners and public authorities regarding external assistance project /program proposals.
The Foreign Assistance Department is responsible for the External Assistance Coordination and Management Mechanism.
