Training and professional development activities are aimed at strengthening the professional performance of civil servants in the structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Finance.
Mission:
Developing and maintaining the professional knowledge and skills of civil servants within the Ministry of Finance by establishing a continuous system of professional development and ensuring equitable access to quality training programmes in order to achieve the specific objectives of the position held.
Scope:
Strengthen the professional performance of civil servants in the Ministry of Finance in order to facilitate the process of acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out the assigned tasks and duties.
Objectives:
Enhance Human Resource Management capacities (HRM);
Continuous development of civil servants’ professional skills;
Improve training programmes and technologies as necessary.
The annual professional capacity development plan is developed according to the staff training needs.
