The State Social Insurance Budget

The Central Social Protection Authority elaborates the policy on state social insurance and social assistance, presents forecasts of the state social insurance budget (SSIB) to the Ministry of Finance, based on the proposals of the National Social Security Office, as well as other information required to develop the Medium-Term Budget Framework. It promotes the draft SSIB law, monitors and analyses the execution of SSIB, monitors performance across programmes and submits proposals to the Government to ensure the financial stability of the public social insurance system.

The National Social Security Office is an executive body which forecasts, promotes and manages the public social insurance system, and implements the social insurance policies and strategies.
